Open Events for children starting school in September 2020
We have organised a number of different events for new parents to get a flavour of our wonderful school. Please come along on the following dates:
Stay and Play family session on Saturday 21st September 10:00-11:00am
This session will give you an opportunity to come as a family and see the Early Years classrooms, outdoor learning environment, get a taster of forest school at Storrington, meet some of the teachers, ask any questions and most importantly for your children to have a chance to play and explore the Early Years area at Storrington Primary School.
Open Evening on Wednesday 25th September 5:00-6:00pm
The open evening will give you an opportunity to meet Marion Smith; Storrington's Head Teacher, meet the Early Years teachers, hear about Storrington Primary School and have a tour of the school.
Open Mornings will be held on Tuesday 24th September, Thursday 3rd October and Tuesday 15th October 10:00-11:00am.
The open mornings will give you an opportunity to have a tour of the school during the school day helping you get a feel for Storrington Primary School. You will be able to meet and talk to Marion Smith; Storrington's head teacher, the Early Years teachers and children already at Storrington primary school.
There is no need to RSVP but it is helpful if you could let us know you would like to attend - call the office on 01903 742047 and speak to Mel.
We are holding Bug Club story sessions for Pre-School children along with their parents/carers on Wednesday 23rd October at 2:45pm and Wednesday 11th December 2019 at 2:45pm in our school library. Come and join us for a story and snack! No need to book, just turn up. We look forward to seeing you.
