Support Links for Mental and Physical Wellness

Wellbeing

Your wellbeing is crucial as it affects all areas of your life and how you deal with the ups and downs:  emotional, physical, financial and relationships.  If you are happy, healthy and content that’s wonderful, but there can be times when we need a helping hand and here are some places to look for more information and advice.

If you would like additional help, please come and talk to us at school! Your GP services are also a great place to seek advice and support.
